The 600 m2 park has an outdoor gym and is located on Poblenou Beach

The facility, located on the promenade section of the old seafront tennis courts, has more than 600 m² and is adapted for people with reduced mobility, with direct access to the beach. There is a large green area, a children’s playground and a fitness center on the grounds, and it is free of architectural barriers.A large park adapted for children with disabilities

The park, which complies with current regulations and has a rubber floor, consists of an area 48 meters long and 13 wide, especially dedicated to inclusive play, which integrates children of all ages and abilities. The main element of the new park represents a boat that includes several elements aimed at children with pathologies who can enjoy this new play area.

A ramp to facilitate traffic for children in wheelchairs, a relief suitable for the play of children with many types of disabilities, two adapted swings and an accessible carousel of integration complement an absolutely integrative installation. In addition, rectangles with different textures have been set up, very suitable for working with children with cerebral palsy, spina bifida, spinal cord injuries and brain tumors. On the other hand, and thinking about the heat of summer, several fabric triangles overshadow users.

The first outdoor gym in the Alt MaresmeThe Park also incorporates a space for sports with outdoor machinery, and becomes the first of its kind in the region. This space also takes into account people with mobility problems, as of the 10 exercise machines that have been installed, two are designed to be used from a wheelchair.
